To kick off our vacation week, we decided to take the family to a Grizzlies game. They are a minor league team in the Metro East. It was the last game of season with lots of fun planned, such as raffles, rides and fireworks. This also drew quite a crowd- the game was sold out! We had a great time with our friend the Reids and Beffas. We left early, as the game was moving at a snails pace, and Mitchell hadn't had a nap and Allen wanted to go to bed. Even still, it was a gorgeous night to be out at the ball park. Next year, we hope to go another night during the season where there might be less of a crowd.
We bought tickets on the lawn to give the kids some wriggle room. Here are Mitchell and his friend Nora playing on the blanket.The kids took this space over by sliding and wresling with each other on it.

Mitchell and AJ played together a ton at the ball park- doing lots of wrestling with Jeremy and our friend Peter (who only has girls). They always have such fun playing together. Even though we had to leave early, we still had a great time with our dear friends.
